Choose Your Ritual Level

1. Gentle Relaxation (1/3 jar usage)

Best for everyday stress relief, emotional unwinding & calming the nervous system. 

Light a candle, cleanse your space. Pour 1/3 of the jar into your bath as the water runs. Soak for 15-20 minutes and let the rose frequency soothe your heart. Perfect before bed or after a long day.

2. Deep Meditation (1/2 - 3/4 jar usage)
